Bare minimum

Some things were minor annoyances… Like Uber eats isn’t allowed upstairs or any guest has to be physically walked up (even if you told the doorman that you’re expecting someone), or that the pillows felt like they were blown up with air, or there was no water filter, or the AC is built into the master bedroom wall and it’s really loud, Other things were more problematic, like the Wifi network not working, and finding hair all over the pillow cases.The biggest disappoint was waking up at the end of our stay to the bathroom completed over flooded due to toilet issues. Which based on the owners and maintenance man’s response was NOT the first time this happened. If you’re a college kid looking for the bare minimum experience and just want a cheap place close to Rittenhouse bars/restaurants this is fine.As a working professional this was disappointing and NOT a 9.0 experience that was advertised.

Good location. Responsive management

Nice place in a good location. Short walks to food, restaurants, transportation, and activities. Issues with some kitchen items were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Would stay again.

excellent communcation. clean. great people at front desk. has what you need. close to restaurants, food, Target. Easy to get to freeways. The only thing on my Wish List would be that the pillows were softer. worth the rent.

The apartment had a very nice kitchen. Everything else--the furniture, lights, bedding, etc. was cheap. The pillows were the absolute worst. They were like inflated beach balls--no give to them. Impossible to sleep on. I had to use a spare bedspread as a pillow. The sheets were polyester--made us sweaty and uncomfortable. It was cramped and not relaxing. Very disappointed. It kind of ruined our trip.

Great location & experience!

The owners communicated quickly and were able to provide helpful information related to the check-in/out processes, parking, etc. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy! The condo is within a 10 min walk from the nearby Megabus drop off and Amtrak locations; within 10 mins walking distance to nearby trails and parks; and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores on the same block. Note that there is a TV in the living room, but it didn't seem as though it easily connected to cable or any streaming services. This wasn't a deal breaker since we rarely were in the home. Additionally, there was no way of knowing how the unit would look, since they own multiple in the building, but they are transparent about this, so that wasn't a deal breaker either. Overall, I would definitely book with them again!

Good communication

Easy check in and communication with owners. Location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. Can walk to Chinatown and Reading terminal and UPenn area. Couches and beds aren’t as comfortable but were fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dim lighting overall.

Perfect spot

This was such a beautiful, clean, comfortable spot to stay in Philly. Super close walking to stores and restaurants. Each doorman remembered my name. I felt safe and secure. Would totally stay here again.

Great location, great apartment!

The apartment was perfectly located in the City Center and was very attractive, clean and well appointed. Check-in was very easy since everything we needed to know was clearly communicated to us before we arrived. We were within walking distance of many restaurants as well as markets and stores.

Great Hosts!

From the easy check in process to the quick responses, this host was exceptional. I was even able to phone them late at night upon my arrival, and they picked up immediately and helped confirm my late arrival. The AC was working, and the apartment had everything that we needed. The neighborhood has suffered set backs during Covid and there were constantly homeless people on the street throughout the block.
