Personal muy amable, lugar tranquilo. El entorno de la selva negra es muy bonito. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, que ofrece la posibilidad de cenar dentro o en eñ jardín. Muy buen servicio

Wer was erleben will, soll hier einchecken. Ich kam an, wurde empfangen, aber der junge Herr war etwas überfordert. Ich saß dann in der Gaststube um meinen Anmeldeschein auszufüllen, mit einem verstörten, bellendem Hund, 10 Minuten lang, man wusste schlichtweg nicht das ich kommen, obwohl rechtzeitig online gebucht. Man versuchte mir dann hektisch ein Zimmer zu geben, sollte in Corona Zeiten nicht allzu schwer sein. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer wurde ich gefragt wann ich denn Frühstück haben möchte, in BW darf man während Corona die hauseigenen Gäste verpflegen, ich sagte um 7 Uhr, geht in Ordnung. Im Zimmer angekommen fand ich als Alleinreisender ein Kinderbett im Zimmer, nochmal, klar, man musste mir schnellstens ein Zimmer geben, dann denkt man nicht mehr an das. Nach ca. 1,5 Stunden wurde an der Tür geklopft um mir mitzuteilen das es nun für den nächsten Tag doch kein Frühstück gäbe, sondern erst am übernächsten Tag und dann auch erst ab 8 Uhr, für mich zu spät. Dann wollte ich duschen. Es ist schön präsentiert mit zwei Duschköpfen, normale und Regendusche , nur man kann nicht umschalten. Der Hebel dazu liegt in einer Ablage, fertig. Das Hotel hat es nicht nötig das zu reparieren. Dann aus der Dusche, das ganze Zimmer kalt, Thermostat der Heizung funktioniert nicht. Zimmerreinigung besteht darin, das Bett zu machen. Weder die Jalousien wurden geöffnet geschweige gelüftet, gesaugt, gewischt, sollte in einem nicht ausgebuchten Hotel möglich sein. Habe keine Zeichen mehr, Schade!
