Beautiful house with garden. Close to the center of Perros Guirec, close to shops, The house is 7 minutes' walk from TRESTRAOU beach, about 25 minutes from the "Sentier des Douaniers", which overlooks "the Pink Granite Coast". The beach is accessible by a small path located down the road in front of the house. The mother is visible from the living room as well as from the bedrooms.
It is a house for a wonderful holiday as well as unforgettable moments with family and friends. even four-legged animals are welcome.

jolie maison dans un quartier agreable de perros guirec . propriétaire tres sympathique,tres discret .(on ne l'a meme pas vu à notre départ) quelques petits travaux a prevoir(electricité,parquet,portail...)mais la maison est confortable avec une jolie vue sur la mer .. tres bon sejour dans une region magnifique .

Buena casa, tranquila y bien situada

Es una casa muy agradable, muy luminosa. Está bien equipada y tiene una ubicación muy cercana a diversas excursiones, el sendero de los aduaneros y playas . Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y las vistas son agradables. La zona es muy tranquila pero cerca de comercios del centro y de la playa. Su dueño Julien ha sido muy amable. Hay una cama que necesita mejorar, pero Julien ya está en ello
