Vista d’Oro Ulivo

View was stunning. However, No Wi-Fi even after I told them. No pillow cases for the first night. Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Shower stall was extremely small. Could barely pick up the soap if you dropped it. No sponges or liquid dishwashing soup was provided. No directions on how to use the washer and tv. Location is very high up so you either have to pY for a taxi to get to and from you apartment from city below. There are no restaurants near these apartments.

Poor cleanliness,no WiFi,poor communication.AVOID!

I can’t say enough bad things about this dump. They don’t clean the linens because my kids bed comforter smelled like urine. Then the shower drain was completely stopped up and they wouldn’t come fix it until the next day. Finally I left my shorts there accidentally and they claim that they didn’t find any. This whole apartment was gross and not well cleaned. The view is great, but book somewhere else with a staff that is actually attentive to needs and know how to communicate. Also, the WiFi doesn’t work inside the room. You have to go out on the front porch to use it because they are trying to save money my beaming in internet to all of the rooms wirelessly with one internet connection, instead of paying for WiFi for each room. Truly a horrific experience!

Boendet hade en fantastisk vy. Det bästa med hela boendet. Utöver det inget extra med detta boende. En lampa var trasig i sovrummet vilket gjorde att det var mörkt därinne. Detta påtalades men åtgärdades inte så länge vi var där under fyra dagar. Det var också stopp i avrinningen i duschen pga för mycket hår vilket lätt kunnat åtgärdas med bättre städning.

Fantastisk udsigt - slidt bolig

Udsigten var fuldstændig fantastisk! Men sengene var så elendige at vi var to voksne der måtte sove på sofaen i stuen - da sengen både var fugtig og ukomfortabel at sove på. Fjedrene i sengen mærkedes tydeligt! Begge soveværelser lugtede og føltes fugtige. Badeværelset var slidt men brugbart. Udeområdet var fint pga udsigten men meget spartansk. Poolområdet var også slidt - og ikke velholdt. Det virkede som om det ikke rigtig blev vedligeholdt. Helheden var acceptabel da udsigten gjorde at det op for de manglende ting. Men vil anbefale at stedet lige får en opgradering
