I reserved another night on Expedia, but didn't tell the front desk. The guy af the front let me stay way after check out not knowing I reserved another night. When he called he was very nice, abd checked me in the same room. I will stay here everytime I'm in town.

The Hotel was not as picture, could benefit from some improvements. The cleanliness was below expectation, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout. The property feels outdated, and an upgrade or renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The room and hotel was dirty and in severe need of repair. There was no continental breakfast, didn’t clean our room, no one was at the front desk, just a constant sigh saying they would be back in 15 minutes. The hotel staff was rude. I will never use Hotels.com again!!

Would’ve stayed a second night but the room was …not good. Although a non-smoking room, it stunk like smoke. The tub was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. The “breakfast” was unimpressive and the styrofoam coffee cups were too small. I stayed here two years ago and did not encounter these problems. It has really gone down. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
