This magnificent three-storey Georgian town house is tucked away behind the seafront in Penzance and offers high quality holiday accommodation for six people. 26 Chapel Street has been beautifully renovated with muted, classy colours in a contemporary fashion. The light and airy living room has comfy settees, a modern gas fire set in a traditional fireplace and a Smart TV; whilst the well-equipped kitchen leads into a sunny garden room with a dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out from here onto a pretty south-facing patio with table and seats and a raised flower bed – perfect for al-fresco eating on a balmy summer’s evening. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one King and one which can either be a King or twin room), a family bathroom with a lovely large bath and separate walk-in power shower and a wet room with another power shower. On the third floor, you’ll find a cute twin bedroom with low ceilings and a superb view of Mount’s Bay which sweeps from Lizard Point to Gwennap Head. Outside, there is an allocated parking space for one car opposite the house. 26 Chapel Street is just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Penzance with its variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. It’s also very close to the promenade – the only one in Cornwall – and the historic Jubilee Pool, Britain's largest surviving seawater lido.

Excellent stay at Penzance
This was a perfect house for our group of 6, which included 2 kids. We used Penzance as a base for exploring West Cornwall.
The house was very comfortable! We went during the heatwave, which meant the top most bedroom felt like an over! But we called the property manager and by evening they had delivered a fan for us - very impressive!
My comment for improvement would be to include some toddler friendly items in the kitchen - like plates, cups and cutlery.
Overall, an excellent experience!

Spacious beauty
This is a spacious, centrally located, house on three floors with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (underfloor heated) + cloakroom. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children (we were 4 adults). The kitchen is well appointed with exceptional quantities of matching crockery and cutlery. We only used the living room for watching TV. Most of the time was spent in the dining room and walled garden.

Wonderful spotless property, in a wonderful location
This modern, comfortable property was a delight to stay in. The property is airy and light and equipped with everything you would want for a stay. There are sea views from two of the bedrooms and also through the gate at the bottom of the garden. It is within walking distance to the town centre, the promenade, the beach, the quay and the Chinese and fish and chip takeaways.
There was a lovely cream tea waiting for us along with milk and a bottle of local apple juice. The flowers were also much appreciated.
I'm sure we will be back.

26 Chapel Street is a wonderful place to stay. Extremely comfortable, in an ideal location. It’s also great to have a dedicated parking place - Penzance isn’t a very easy place to park, generally. The house is well equipped and spacious, feels homely and easy to relax in. Thanks for providing it!

Great location with great range of new/modern conveniences.
We stayed in this terraced house for 4 days/3 nights. It is very well situated in Penzance, and near numerous restaurants and shops, not to mention the seafront and nearby outdoor lido. It easily sleeps 5-6 people. It is clean, modern and has all the amenities you would need. We cooked some of our own meals, did some laundry, watched netflix in the evening, etc. The bathrooms were all beautifully done and spacious. There are 3 floors in the house. The top floor is a bedroom with twin beds. The second floor is mainly two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor has the front sitting room, the laundry room, the kitchen, and the dining area. My family of 5 had plenty of space.
The assigned parking space in the car park across the street was also very handy, and free. We didn't need our car in town, although as a base for day trips the house was great.

Perfect family stay
This rental was perfect for our family of four! It was very comfortable, spacious and well stocked for making breakfast or enjoying a drink before dinner.
