On a one-hectare property, charming Breton farmhouse renovated in 2010, detached, located near the owner's home and the sheep pen. Ideal location: 1 km from the sea accessible by footpaths and small roads. The Bay of Port-Blanc, its beaches, and its islands are 3 km away. Looking for sporting activities? You will quickly reach the Port Blanc nautical base 3 km away as well as the equestrian center and the educational farm. Families who wish can also entertain their children at Cap Armor.
