This stay was such a mixed review.
Good: Very clean and the neighborhood feels safe. Inside Decor is cute, beds are nice. Note: there is a bed in the living room cabinet. No welcome info beyond WiFi password, so we didn’t know to look for it.
Bad: The a/c didn’t work upstairs where bedrooms are was hot while time. Management said they would fix it but did not. House lacks basic items like soap and toilet paper. When we had one bedroom fan on, it turns the other rooms fan off! There are so many pictures from the listing that are not a part of this condo or even the nearby golf community. We pulled up to this sad looking condo with trash bin overflowing and a broken gate. Get inside and the a/c downstairs was stuck at 74, upstairs was much hotter. No pool, lagoon, or beach access. Unfortunately, golfers can see in the home because many of the only curtains are sheer. I guess the golf course is the advertisedfenced in yard? They have beautiful fixtures in the kitchen and single tub, but they are not secured to the wall or counter. I was scared to touch anything because it felt like it was not fully installed and would break. The first night a giant painting fell on my son while he was sleeping on the couch (again, no idea there was a hideabed in the dresser!) The whole painting was being held up with a pin nail!!
Overall, it was incredibly clean and family safe. But impossible to sleep in the heat, and very much a model home instead of a home that’s easy to use on vacation.
