Minutes from the Naval Air Station, 5 minutes to Big Lagoon State Park, 10 mins to Johnson Beach, 20 mins to downtown Pensacola, 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach, and 15 minutes to Perdido Key Beaches. This home boasts prime convenience to services and fun things to do while offering peace, privacy and comfort away from the hustle-and-bustle and provides plenty of room to spread out and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room and the property was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our evenings catching crabs across the street and even got to see the truly amazing Blue Angels fly right over the house! From check-in to any little odd questions we had our host made sure to make us feel comfortable and help in anyway possible. 10/10 recommend and plan on coming back!!

Nice house- needs some fixes and upgrades!

Nice older house but had some issues: back porch receptacle and light not working, ceiling fan light/ fixture hanging by wires, front porch gutter leaking onto porch and steps, back porch had no gutter, back porch door screens not attached, several broken chairs in kitchen, mattresses need replaced, light switches in inconvenient places, not enough power outlets, electrical cords used on floor in living room, AC unit not sufficient for house, window ac unit in kitchen table area was tacky but probably needed due to main ac system, fridge door hung to wrong side, wash room sliding door would not fully open, needed another half bath, dining area too small, however nice back yard with fence.

Nice, but

The property was nice. It was about what you would expect for the price. The biggest issue was in the description it lists "private beach access". The private beach belonged to an Association the property owner is a member of and required a member be present for guest to visit the beach. The Owner was willing to come down if we wanted to use the beach, but we felt this was obtrusive to us and her. Other than that, it was a nice rental.

My sister and an old friend spent January thru February here. We had tons of space and everything we needed. Great fenced back yard for our dogs. Great space out front to relax. Location great for anything we wanted to do. Already booked for next year. Really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place

Place was awesome. Had a great time with family and friends. Headed to Ft. Pickens almost everyday. Came back to a nice cold house with room for everyone to hangout and chill. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and explore. Fenced in yard was great since one of the dogs was a runner. Will definitely stay again if we need 4 bedrooms

Our Summer Vacation Trip 2023

We visited Perdido Key Florida in June 2023 and really enjoyed the different beaches there. Our host Pamela worked with me to get everything set up and approved as my son and his family were meeting us there from a different state. We enjoyed the large front and back yard! The 4 bedrooms worked great for our family. The only problem we had was in the last bedroom next to the screened in back porch never cooled down as much as all the other rooms in the house. The house is very large and we were able to spread out! Pamela snd her husband were very easy to work with and I would recommend it and gave it a 5.

Great Spot/Great Property Manager

This place is a perfect little place to stay with your pet and friends in Perdido Key. The property manager was very cool and easy to deal with. The house came stocked with commonly missed items for you and was very clean. The toughest part of the trip was finding the place and leaving it behind.
