When I arrived they had cancelled my Hotels.com reservation. They had to put me in a lessor room with no discount. They apologized and gave me two drink coupons. Big whoop. The hotels.com agent did everything she could and was very prompt.

The property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks. The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc there were free beach chairs for use.

Such a beautiful resort, from the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff in a beautiful lobby with an amazing view. Love the gulf front rooms with a balcony. Amazing pool with bar, lovely restaurant and bar in lobby. Next door there is another restaurant with fabulous band, short walk to the beach. This hotel has everything you need and more, it’s one of my favorite ❤️

When we came in March 2025 everything was great but 5 months later in August 2025 we had a very different experience. The room was not cleaned after me telling the front desk 3 times!! The food was subpar and the obligatory 18% gratuity for mediocre service was not appreciated as well. Clearly this resort has made a turn for the worse in 5 months!

The PERFECT beach hotel!

100% recommend this hotel. All the employees were friendly and always smiling. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic. Housekeeping was great. The pool was great. Easy beach access. And the view was perfect. We stayed on the Gulf side with a balcony and although it cost a bit more, it was totally worth it. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Pensacola.

Beautiful property. We had Gulf view and it was beautiful. Rooms are not huge but definitely okay for a few days when sharing. Good size bathrooms. Water pressure could be better and a pool rinse off shower would be great. Housekeeping was and staff were very nice. Had breakfast and it good both times. Pool bar food was good.

Loved the golf cart service and the ability to rent chairs out at the beachfront. Also appreciated that they have added other bars/restaurants to their area to give people something to do on premise outside of swim. Would we stay again? For sure. Did it still feel like a work in progress? Absolutely.
