The hotel was beautiful and in an amazing location for accessing Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. The hotel is very dog friendly and my only issue was the dog fur in our room from a previous guest.

None of the major channels ABC,NBC, CBS, etc were not available due to contract negotiations with the hotel so I couldn’t watch the playoffs or nothing else. There was no prior notice before I arrived so that I could choose another property. This made my stay less than I had imagined.

No luggage cart available When I asked about it the front desk staf Brandon shrugged his shoulders and said “It must be in use. I haven’t seen it.” I had to ask about breakfast then he explained it would be available tomorrow in the lobby. Room and lobby very clean. Breakfast good. Booked there bc website said they had adjoining rooms but Brandon said they didn’t have any!
