Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.

This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.



Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.



Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.

We loved our stay!! Host was very communicative. Property was close to downtown, the military base and the marina. Easy drive to Pensacola Beach. Aside from a few non-stick pans that need to be replaced, the property is clean and well maintained.

The property is clean, easy to access, well equipped. Short and sweet, the property owner reviews is why I chose this location and they did not disappoint at all. The property was exactly as pictured. It was the cleanest vacation rental I believe I've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is in a great location and just a couple of minutes away from downtown.
