The front desk and other staff were very professional and responsive. Excellent service! Breakfast very good, however, the choice of vegetarian options were limited. The bathrooms are inside the rooms. Sometimes the smell from toilet is felt in the room

Where the facility was nice I was not offered a VIP room upgrade or a 20% discount on food and beverage and was told they were unavailable so I paid ฿8000 for drink package at the bar and told I could not put it on my room charge and then charged additionally for extras without a 20% discount a great facility if you have the pockets

Rooms were excellent , hot water was wonky at times but the staff are excellent…. Some guest were smoking in hallways to avoid fines for smoking in rooms which was unfortunate but to no fault of the hotel just bad guest
