It is 95 square meters, fully renovated on June 2018 and is the ground floor of a building of 2 floors. Above there is a house which is inhabited by a quiet, middle aged couple. It is 85 square meters and it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lobby and a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa can accommodate up to 7 persons. It has a modern design with new furniture and all areas are air-conditioning. The bedrooms are equipped with new ecological and anatomically mattresses and the kitchen is designed by HOF with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, clothes washing machine, dish washer machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also wi-fi Internet access, safe-box, iron with ironing board and hair-dryer. The floor is a traditional forged cement and It has a new & modern bathroom. The house has a limited view of a courtyard surrounded by stone walls with a garden and a spacious parking for 3 cars. It has 2 verandas with a big table and chairs (one at the frond and one at the back side). We deliver it to you clean with towels, sheets, beach towels and slippers for all people. There are also bathroom amenities for the first night. There is not a daily service but there is a service on request with extra cost.
