Haus wie beschrieben in einem guten und sauberen Zustand mit sehr viel Platz. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier absolut richtig.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern und Hund in Parndorf. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist riesig und lichtdurchflutet. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und modern. Leider machte die Einrichtung und Ausstattung an einigen Stellen einen unfertigen Eindruck. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht auf die max. Personenzahl ausgerichtet, bietet aber insgesamt alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren teilweise dreckig, sodass wir täglich den Geschirrspüler genutzt haben. Nachdem versehentlich ein Glas kaputt gegangen war, bekamen wir ein neues Gläserset sowie auf Anfrage einen Staubsauger und einen Kehrbesen nachgeliefert. Beides war zuvor leider nicht vorhanden.Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, aber leider nicht fertig gestellt. Die Terasse ist offen und aufgrund der Höhe nicht für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die Einfahrt ist leider auch nicht fertig gestellt. Ein Stellplatz vor der Garage ist aber vorhanden und kann genutzt werden. Es gibt draußen zwei kleine Müllbehälter, die aber im Verhältnis zur Größe des Hauses auch größer sein könnten.Die elektrischen Rollläden konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da die Fernbedienung nicht funktionierte. Ein paar Tage nach unserer Anreise bemerkten wir plötzlich andere Gäste auf dem Grundstück und stellten fest, dass es im Keller des Hauses noch eine separat vermietete Einliegerwohnung gibt. Dies war zuvor in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich. Es war auch nicht störend, aber hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.

Zunächst erstmal ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, das unsere Jugend die kuzfristig mit dazugestoßen war,im Garten zelten durfte. Damit haben wir das Haus mit 13 Personen aber auch an seine Belastungsgrenze gebracht. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, der Essbereich und die Küche für 10 Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein. Dafür gibt es ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. ein paar kleinere Mängel (Küchenaustattung) wurden umgehend behoben. Was fehlt ist eine Dusche, dafür gibt es zwei Bäder mit Eckbadewannen. Fazit: ein paar kleine Reparaturen (Abschließbarkeit von WC/Bad) und ein paar Stühle/ Tisch für den Außenbereich wären schick..ansonsten passt das alles . Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Lage mit outlet- city, Wien , Bratislava, Neusiedler See in der Umgebung ist so wie so toll. Vielen Dank ..Weiterempfehlung!
