The Gambler Condo complex is perched on Deer Valley Drive with quintessential Park City slope and Old Town views, with open wooded space behind the property, offering a serene yet accessible place to hang your hat for your next adventure to Park City.

A cozy mountain retreat, this Gambler unit offers an ambient fireplace, new furnishings and TV technology in the living space, with the adjacent open kitchen perfectly positioned for meals served while relaxing. A new modern staircase and along with contemporary ski art, fresh linens and updated paint and trim, set this Gambler unit apart from the others to create an inviting guest experience.

The property boasts lodging for a max capacity of 13, creatively configured to meet the needs of both families and corporate groups alike. The dynamic configuration offers a King master and ensuite bath, a second suite with two Queens and ensuite bath, and a bunk room with four Twins (a twin bunk set, and a separate twin and twin trundle underneath) and an adjacent bath. If that weren't enough, there is also both a Queen sleep sofa and Twin sleep pull out in the living area, totaling room up to 13 guests.

Wonderful location! Loved every minute!

This was a perfect house for our group of 6 of family and friends! It’s was clean and had everything we needed! Including board games! There was a perfect amount of space for us all on the couches if we wanted to sit there and enjoy the fire or TV. There was also the perfect amount of space at the table when we all wanted to eat or play games! The kitchen had all the supplies we would need. Beware: this is a walk up and has lots of stairs but we expected that but some may be surprised. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend this place!

Great place, incredible location

We stayed here on a friends' trip & found the place perfect for our needs. Location - walkable to downtown Park City or the town lift, easy buses to Deer Valley or into town - was perfect. The place had plenty of space for our larger (10-person) group. The hot tub was fantastic as well.

Amazing weekend in Park City

Rented this Condo for a weekend with friends. Living area was huge, kitchen well stocked, fit 12-13 people comfortably as advertised. Nice tv in the living room and comfortable couches. Communal hot tub was right outside property. Walking distance to town lift/main st. And a shuttle stop right outside. Would definitely recommend this place and rent again

Manager was great ... facilities were less impressive

Easy yo get in, when code functioned on garage. Unit was extremely dated for the price, albeit we were there during Christmas, which for that time made the unit affordable. Location on a busy street without any snow removal on the sidewalks, made for dangerous 15 minute walk into town. Toilet flapper valve failed, (repaired immediately, thank you) but I found the guts of the toilet to be original with the house, indicative of a not perfect remodel. New floor and a few plumbing fixtures, but showers were for short people, toilets were small, appliances old and dated, no lighting in the rooms and the décor was hodged-podged together. Second bedroom bath was very far away from the door. Bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were dated along with 10-20 year old bedcovers. Patio could barely fit 4 people, no furniture. But overall we made the best of it and enjoyed the stay.

High-quality location with close proximity to downtown, and it was easy to get in and out of Park city, resorts, etc.. Plus the unit has lots of updates and modern accoutrements for whatever needed.

Master bedroom and adjacent bedroom flipped--en suite attached to non-master; master bedroom bathroom down the hall. Very close to bus stop--a must for getting to the base of the mountain. Otherwise as advertised. Good and functional unit for a ski trip.
