Sky Run did a good job. The instructions on opening the door of the unit were confusing and the code did not work. It required several calls after hours to get us in the unit. The after hrs staff was able to let us in remotely after trying several new codes that didn’t work. The maintenance man, Mike came the next day and ended up giving us his code since he couldn’t get it to open with the other codes. The unit was clean and supplied adequately. The washer/dryer did not dry the clothes. Kept producing an error code ,CD. Once again,Mike came out but was unfamiliar with the product and there was no instruction booklet that let us know the issue. Sine it was an LG product I called LG and they informed me that there was a build up of lint somewhere and not to use it until the lint was cleaned out. We cleaned the lint cage but it still didn’t function correctly and continued to produce the CD error code. LG informed me there was an internal lint collector that was probably blocked. We never used the dryer again for fear it could overheat. Mike said he was going to let management know. The TV only got the Roku channel lineup. Xfinity channels did not work. Mike changed the HDMI cord to another vacant HDMI slot on the back of the TV to make it work. It was only a temporary fix. Once the TV was shut down and turned it back on, you only got the Roku channels. You had to continually change HDMI ports to get Xfinity cable channels.
