This contemporary, multi-level house spans 3,543 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and accommodates up to 14 guests in true comfort.
You will enter the property through the one-car private garage into the 4th level. Down a half flight of stairs is the front door entry and mud area to store your gear, then down another half flight to the 3rd/main level living area that boasts high ceilings, elegant wood flooring and an abundance of natural light and fabulous scenery.
Living Room: Step into the living room, adorned with contemporary design and luxury furnishings. The large deep-seat sectional sofa invites you to unwind by the gas fireplace while enjoying some conversation or your favorite show or movie on the Samsung Smart TV with Sonos soundbar. Or stream your favorite music while the group gathers and beverages are crafted at the wet bar, complete with a Subzero wine and beverage fridge and ice maker, adding a touch of opulence to your entertainment experience.
Kitchen: The modern chef's kitchen features stylish modern cabinetry, stone countertops, and a large center island with seating for six and a 2-drawer Thermador beverage fridge. The high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf 6-burner gas range with double ovens, and microwave will make your favorite homemade creations a breeze. With a fully equipped gourmet setup and a pantry, this kitchen is a culinary delight. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen with a unique concrete counter vanity.
Dining Area: Gather around the lovely wood dining table with cushioned seating for eight, lit by a contemporary chandelier and the natural light that bathes the space. The slider door opens up completely to access the private deck offering a built-in natural gas BBQ and stunning mountain views.
Loft: The loft provides a bonus space to unwind or for additional sleeping accommodations. It features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, Samsung Smart TV, Sonos soundbar, and a wet bar with a 2-drawer beverage fridge accented by a tiled wall. There is a convenient half bathroom and entry from the garage is on this level. Step out onto the large private, heated deck with Adirondack seating around a gas fire pit to take in the fresh mountain air and amazing views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand Master Bedroom (2nd level): The spacious suite offers a plush king bed, a Samsung Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar, a warm gas fireplace, and access to this level's deck. Walk through the expansive closet, holding built-in cabinets and drawers, and a stacked washer/dryer, to the en suite. This private bath will warm your feet with heated flooring and has a large vanity with double sinks, and an oversized tile/glass shower with a stone bench and two shower heads.
Master Bedroom 2 (2nd level): A cozy queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the deck. The en suite has heated flooring, a vanity accentuated by a tiled wall, and large tile/glass shower with a stone bench.
Master Bedroom 3 (1st level): Plush king bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and the en suite has heated flooring, double sinks, and a large shower with delightful tile.
Bedroom 4 (1st level): Two queen beds separated by custom steps, with 2 drawers for storage, that lead to two XL twin platform beds. There is a Smart TV, built-in cabinets and drawers, and a private bath with heated flooring, stone counter vanity, and a separate shower with a rain shower head and stone bench.
Additional Bathrooms: Two half bathrooms - one on the 3rd/main level and one in the loft.
Outdoor Spaces: Heated decks on every level offer the opportunity to relax and inhale the stunning scenery. The 4th level features Adirondack seating around a fire pit, and the 1st level deck houses a 6-seat hot tub. Additional patio furnishings will be added in 2024.

Park City Kings Crown 1288
Fantastic property right on the mountain in Park City. Easy ski in / ski out access. Well appointed house w/ ample amenities. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, but definitely worth working it out!
