The balcony perches over Empire Avenue with great views of the mountain.

The Snowcrest condo complex offers a common pool and hot tub for added enjoyment, a common laundry facility and has private guest parking for your next trip to Park City. 3 rd floor. No elevator

It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and no parking pass. We got a violation sticker on our car. Not nice.

Park City get away

This property was very comfortable. I liked that it was right around from the city bus stop. That said, it was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. A big drawback was that the unit next door was being completely renovated and there was loud power tool noise from early in the morning until about 7:30 at night. Fortunately the construction company did not work on Saturday or Sunday.
