I tiny little apartment, but clean and comfy. Just what I needed for my solo, six-day stay in Paris. A great location. Just a five minute walk to the Seine, and a fifteen minute walk from Notre Dame. The St Paul Metro station is close, and there are several nice cafes, bakers, fruit and veg shops and little supermarkets nearby. Great value for money. Would recommend.

This apartment is not what it looks like in the pictures. Firstly the we waited almost two hours over the agreed check-in time. Called, emailed and text the host with no response. He only answered when we got a local person to call on her phone and even then he said he will call back. Eventually someone came, sent the door codes to the local person and left a key under the map. No apology or communication to explain. So no one showed us how to operate the facilities in the apartment. Apartment was dirty, old sheets on the bed and a clean one was put over it. Wardrobe had dirty used covers, three soap containers all empty, blinds and floor all dirty. Apartment was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. Facilities definitely not luxury in fact basic at best. Check out process unclear we msg the host 3 time to clarify no answer. The bed was small not suitable for more one person. The only good thing about this place is the location. Walking distance from many sites like Notre dame. Generally not worth the money.
