from room 335 on 24th/25th September. We did not like the fact it was on a split site, everything was too small and pokey, the drains in the shower and basin did not work properly and needed cleaning. the so called security payment was not refunded on checkout as stated on registration. Frankly not the standard we would expect from a corporate budget hotel.

We were pretty mucg forced to stay at this place for a second time, because in spite of our fist horrendous experience with them a few days prior, they refused to cancel our reservation and refund the money. The room was bigger, but out of the 5 days, 4 of them we had problems: the second day we didnt have enough towels. Had to call several times starting the night before and then go all the way to the front desk to get towels so we could take showers. The third day, they didn’t even bother to clean the room. We came tired to unmade beds, dirty and wet towels. The fourth and 5th day, there was no hot water! And when we checked out, they had the audacity to ask how we liked our stay. Never again in this hotel!

Food: If you walk to train station area there are lots of options to eat. The immediate area around the hotel is limited. Transportation: is to get a taxi from train stn however the taxi divers are scam artists. You can pay 20 to 85 euro. Be aware. Dont buy that its busy. Its always busy on the roads its Paris. The hotel itself is about a 2 star. It might be rated at a 3 or 3.5 out of 5 by north American standards but its a 2. The cost not worth it. Look around. Canada 🇨🇦

I didn’t like anything about the property. I booked one room big enough for 4 people, expecting 2 full size beds at least. What we got instead was a small room with 2 twin beds and a lumpy fold out couch, complete with a bathroom with a shower that you can't use all the way because it floods the room. When we complained, they had the audacity to say that that was the biggest room they had, and were "surprised" that we didn’t feel comfortable in such a tiny room, even when we could barely move around without bumping onto each other. The area is not safe, lots of drug addicts, homeless, and sketchy people around, and the stench right outside the hotel is horrid. It looks more like India than Paris. The photos the use online are very misleading. The bedrooms look NOTHING like the pictures. Not happy at all!

Perfect place to spend a couple of days in Paris. Quick access to Gard Nord which get you all over the city. Bed and room comfy and clean. No problems. Staff helpful.

The actual hotel is not great if you have children and pushchairs or mobility issues as the one lift is quite risky to get in with such items less than a metre in width. Room is air conditioned and cleaned daily. One thing to look out for is the on demand £150 or 130euro upfront deposit! Take a picture of the deposit proof and ensure your bank does not get charged for this even if it’s a holding payment. I was not happy as on top of the tourist tax I was charged for this which the hotel did say they will not take from my account but the back confirmed the amount was pending. I regularly visit the Paris area, this hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop within the Indian area of St Denis. Very ethnic and very noisy but really interesting. Really good selection of Indian restaurants nearby and only a 10min walk from the gare du nord station. La Chapelle metro is 5mins walk if you want to visit to other major tourist attractions. Both train and metro is 2.50 euros each way. Good hotel but I prefer the Montmatre area.

Location terrible, crowded and dirty. The hotel should be gutted, it is straight out of the 1970s, and never renovated. Sticky floors and disgusting lobby toilets. More like a hostel where one should pay 30 quid a night. How dare they call themselves a hotel. The lift is a pidgin hole, not able to carry one medium suitcase. Overlooking a dirty quadrangle,into apartments. Do not be fooled by online pictures. Toilet smelled of damp.

Very near the Train station. We came late at midnight the check-in went very smoothly. Was very hot in Paris but the room had an air-conditioning. Reception people were very nice and friendly. If you are looking for a budget hotel book this one. Easy to go around in the nice Paris as the Metro was only 2 minutes walking.
