Room is too small and cramped for a suite. When the sofa bedis deployed for kids it completely obstructed the whole room even after moving aside all the coffee tables, chairs snd side tables. We have to climb over the beds to reach the other side.

Reception should let us know when the concierge is away from the desk and how long they will be away. Instead of hiding behind the pillar and letting us stand there on a Saturday evening until we finally had to ask where the concierge was. We ended up leaving and looked for a restaurant ourselves. We just wanted advice as to where to go for something easy with no reservation. We found a lovely soufflé place..: on our own!

a physically tiny space for a regular room. you are paying strictly for location, which is right in the Shopping District. a tiny closet where the few provided hangers dont even fit front-to-back. the mini fridge offers no space for your own items. We had an awkward bathroom with no shower doors / glass / separation - just a shower head in the corner of your bathroom. Always booked to max capacity so no ability to change rooms. Just sort of uncomfortable for what you're paying
