Good for a night. Shower was difficult to get working , glass partition is dangerously loose in the bathroom, not enough towels, closet door hard to open and would come off the track. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding.

I had worst experience here. Initially they took 1 hour to check in later payment system didn’t work then I have to get cash and pay them. There is no hot water and air conditioning. They didn’t provide fan and also no room cleaning service daily. Have to change room with whole luggage since room doesn’t have hot water. Same thing with other room also. Suggest that please don’t choose this old apartment especially you are going with family.

Let me start by saying that we travel frequently. We had to stay 3 weeks to work the Olympics. The major issue I have with this place is the terrible access to Internet. We both had to work during our trip and had an impossible time because the WiFi either didn't work or was so dysfunctional that it was useless. This place is not designed for business travelers. The restaurant did not even allow for access to coffee in the morning for free. Bathroom shower was rather dangerous due to an unstable plexiglass partition between the tub and sink. There's no grab bar either. The beds seemed okay, but the second night, my back seized up so badly from the quality of the mattress that I had to go to the hospital. We had to put the beds standing up just to put the mattresses on the floor. Also cost 10€ for a load of wash, and the dryer didn't completely dry out clothes. It's in a good location near the metro, with several good restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. There is also a farmer's market within walking distance on Wednesday and Saturday. Very expensive for business travelers that need Internet.

We showed up with our six-month-old son in the heat of August, only to be told they’d moved us to their sister hotel around the corner. What they didn’t tell us was the sister ‘Park’ hotel didn’t have air-conditioning! The room was 29C inside, and despite having the window wide open and the fan blowing outside air in, it only cooled to 28C by morning (despite the outside temperature dropping to 20C). It was not pleasant. The night manager was kind but said they overbook the air-con hotel and send the extras to their non-air-con hotel. Felt like false advertising. And not a way to treat a family with a young baby. Also… the bathroom door had huge holes filled with expanding foam, the dishwasher didn’t work, and smoke from people’s cigarettes on the floor below kept wafting up into our open window. NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR.

Comfortable, clean, nice area, good transport links. We stayed here during the Olympics, we wanted something affordable, safe, clean with good transport links and this was exactly that. It's a bit no frills, it could definitely do with some modernisation and TLC but overall it was clean and safe and the area is really great.

Does the job, no huge frills, but good.

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were fresh and clean upon arrival. No maids came to the rooms during the stay (4 night stay) we were told we could have new towels if requested. I would definitely get an Uber to destinations rather than get reception to book a taxi. Three or four times cheaper. Room had a hob, kettle, pots and pans l, cutlery etc and a mini dishwasher. Nice pizza restaurant around the corner and a mini supermarket. Great for what we required it for. Would stay again.

Nice home away from home

Room was perfect. Roomy and clean. Comfortable bed. I would remove the extra nic nacks as space is already limited. Patio was an added bonus. Only negative was the parking garage. Only one key fob for exit and entry was hard. And then when it didn't work had to return it to desk to get out. Otherwise great stay.

Pathetic experience

We had made a reservation 6 months before our stay. On the day our arrival, they tell us they overbooked. Mind you the fare was prepaid and non refundable. Topping that off, hotels.com has been sketchy af. The price they showed me vs. what the hotel offered was wayyy off.

We chose Resihome for the great location and easy access to the metro for our sightseeing days of our trip! The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived a bit early for check in and allowed us to store our luggage while we went down the street to the market and for coffee until the room was ready.
