## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:
- WIFI
- a room with a double bed (140x200);
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen (please note that I do not have a coffee maker)
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking (140x200).

You will particularly appreciate:
- calmness of my apartment;
- its tastefully decorated living room;
- its location allowing you to discover the most beautiful corners of Paris. The banks of the Seine are a 5-minute walk from Place du Trocadéro.
The district also provides direct access to the Champs-Elysées in a few metro stops from Trocadéro.

Sheets, towels, basic consumables (toilet paper and trash bags), and a hygiene kit (shower gel and hand gel) are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the advantages of the apartment is its location close to all amenities. It is located:
- 200 m from the bakery on Avenue Kleber;
- 200 m from the metro Boissière (line 6);
- and 300 m from the Trocadéro metro (lines 6 and 9).
For your daily shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is located at the foot of the neighboring building. Bars and restaurants are also nearby.

## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
