Este estudio totalmente equipado está a dos cuadras de la muy de moda rue de bretagne en la estación de metro filles du calvaire, línea 8. está ubicado en el segundo nivel (tercer americano) de un elegante edificio del siglo XIX sin ascensor y se abre hacia el sur con Tres grandes ventanales en un patio plantado y grande. en consecuencia absolutamente no hay ruido de la calle. Tiene 30 metros cuadrados o alrededor de 300 pies cuadrados.

El estudio, cuya renovación completa se completó en octubre de 2012, consta de una habitación principal con una cómoda cama matrimonial (160 * 200 cm o 64 * 80 pulgadas), un baño con ducha italiana y un lavabo, una cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora y secadora combinadas y un baño separado. Hay muchos armarios, una mesa para dos y un escritorio.

El apartamento cuenta con teléfono gratuito para 100 países, incluyendo América del Norte y Australia, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, televisión por cable gratuita.

El apartamento es acogedor, pero lo mejor que tiene es la localización. Hay varias paradas de metro muy cerca y está rodeado de tiendas, cafeterías, supermercados, etc, y a su vez es una zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Una ubicación muy cómoda!!

This cozy studio was very clean and well organized. The bed was large and very comfortable. We were able to walk to most attractions and there were many wonderful cafes and restaurants close by. The owner was very welcoming. We would highly recommend this property.

The host, Olivier, was very helpful initially. We did have a few issues with the unit. The shower drain was very slow and backed up, the cookware was worn severely, the hot water was not the same in all areas: the shower was luke warm and the kitchen was scalding . We we're not aware that we needed to provide toilet tissue. However, the bed was comfortable and the unit was well situated. I must remember that this is Paris and not the USA as the standards are not the same. For the price and location, I must say it was worth it.

This lovely studio is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops, bistros, and fantastic open air markets. There is convenient access to the Metro but the true delight is how walkable the neighborhood is, as well as offering proximity to many Paris highlights. The view onto the courtyard is very charming and the studio has everything you need to get you started out in the morning and to welcome you home in the evening. I will definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely apartment, it felt like my home away from home, it was cozy and comfortable. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. It was conveniently close to multiple train stations and a great location. It was quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was great and clean, I won’t call it “luxury” though. Great location quick access to a couple metro station and a lot of options for restaurants nearby. There is an intensive humidity smell in the building, and it is a little bit present in the apartment. If you have any respiratory problem or allergy I would avoid renting this place.

100 Rue Amelot is a superb, secure location that is easy to access and close to a variety of transport options. The flat is charming and functional, with everything a traveller might need provided. Shopping, supermarket, restaurants and bars are extremely close by … and the bed is VERY comfortable after a long day sightseeing or enjoying the innumerable, close cultural locations/activities.Olivier’s communications are precise, helpful and succinct respecting your privacy & leaving you to enjoy a relaxed & comfortable stay.

Pros: Great communication. Plenty of metro options and market within walking distance. Quiet building w/plenty of closet/drawer storage. Cons: Apt is up two flights of stairs and is definitely in need of new towels.

Excellent host!

Lovely complex consisting of around 6 beautifully remodeled apartments with the lower floor containing an Ayurvedic Spa run by the owner. Very secure gated parking lot in front of the complex. The apartment we used was Pitta with a Large bathroom with generous shower, well stocked kitchen for short stays, comfortable bed, airy and clean room. We especially enjoyed the terrace for early morning coffee.The biggest treat of all is the high school senior daughter of the host, who is fluent in 5 languages and I can attest that she is extremely fluent in english! This was so helpful for us as the rest of the family does not speak english and we no Italian! And I must mention how lovely it was to work with this young lady, she is a remarkable young woman!Kind and generous hosts who were a joy to meet. We would definitely return to this property!

The host messaged multiple times prior to our arrival. Understandingly so since he had to let us in the building, although not sure if it was a language barrier, but very condescending in tone. The room is up multiple flights on wooden stairs. Not a good idea for lots of luggage. My daughter and I struggled taking up our large suitcases. The lights were timed and would turn off randomly and you'd be stuck in a dark hallway. Lots of homeless live on the street of the apartment so be sure to be in before dark. The grocery store closes early every night so don't plan on going within the hour of closing. The bed was hard as a rock and water for shower we cold. Couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. The curtains didn't keep light out so when the sun rose you didn't have a choice to get up. Overall, not pleased with this choice but you get what you pay for. It was decently close to the subway so that was a plus.
