A mon arrivée fenêtre casser qui ne ferme pas, ils m’ont changer de chambre personnel efficace Mais dommage aucune chambre PMR on m’avez prévenu car en rénovation. Le parking est fermer au soir pas pratique car malgrer que j’avais appeler on m’a rien indiquer pas simple en PMR… La chambre est bien rénover mais cela laisse à désirer car l’interrupteur déjà casser et sur les côté du lit déjà un m’ont énorme de saleté et poussière. Le lit est confortable car sont neuf surtout que les anciens sont encore stocker sur le parking

Hotel.com m'a donné la possibilité de reserver chez 1ere classe, qui etait en travaux. J'ai passé ma 1ere nuit dans une chambre glacée, sans chauffage et avec impossibilité de changer de chambre cette 1ere nuit. Demande de remboursement laissee sans suite.

La chambre très propre mais très petite , la salle de bain pas ouf , l’hôte est en rénovation donc pas ouf non plus , quelqu’un c’est permi durant notre absence de rentré dans notre chambre et bizarrement une de nos bouteilles d’a*lco*l a disparu, nous sommes aller donc nous plaindre au près de responsable il en avait clairement rien à faire. 2/10 pour la propreté à notre arrivée
