Cancelled hours before we arrived

This “host” canceled our reservation an hour before I had to leave to get on the redeye to arrive in the morning. They said they refunded me but did not, and were unresponsive. I would never trust this group

Gorgeous apartment and stellar customer service!

This apartment was Gorgeous- just like in the photos! The rooms were good sized and 3 included a private shower or tub en suite. 2 rooms are directly off the living room, 2 are off a tiny hallway (where the two toilet bathrooms are), and the twin bed room is off the front entry. The apartment was in a great location too! Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby! Probably the best thing was the stellar customer service of the property management team! WOW! They met us and had the apartment decorated for my birthday- a huge surprise and over the top gesture!! I would highly recommend this location to any groups of friends traveling together or a family in need of multiple rooms. Merci Beaucoup for making my birthday trip so special!

Great location, but only two toilets.

The apartment was smaller than expected, but perfectly fine, the one issue we had was in the description it says, four bathrooms and five bedrooms. There are only two toilets in the entire apartment and yes for showers just something to be aware of.
