I want to clarify, the only good thing about that hotel is the 2 receptionists, both lovely people. The hotel however, terrible, the pictures are not as they are shown, the hotel is in bad state and really dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Everything is half broken and dirty. My bad for not checking google reviews.

Our stay was quite disappointing. There was no lift in the hotel, and we had to carry our suitcases up narrow stairs by ourselves, which was really inconvenient. The staff weren’t very helpful and at times came across as quite demanding. Overall, it didn’t feel like a proper hotel experience, and we wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very dirty; after cleaning, they barely swept the mess away. There was mold on the bathroom windows, stains on the curtains and walls. There was no bathtub lid for showering. Dirty sheets. There was a refrigerator in the room that didn't work, and when we opened it, it smelled like rotten fish. The price was very high for what they offered. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

Hotel Renoir Paris

No one on reception when booking in,one morning trying to leave the key going out. and when trying to check out. The room was tired. The door key did not work on 2 occasions, The lift did not work on floor 5 on 2 occasions.There was no bar which was stated on the information. Hotel security was poor for the times the reception desk was unmanned.It was not a 3 star hotel. The rooms were serviced daily.

Paris stay

We were able to store luggage before checking in and after checking out. There is a lift so no worries if on the 4th floor. There is staff at the desk 24/7 and will schedule airport transportation if asked. Self laundry is right around the corner and there are many small cafes to sit and eat. My only suggestion is to have room refrigerators in working order.

Average hotel close to Montparnasse train station

I started to sneeze as soon as I walked in the room, then my wife wiped the head of the bed and showed me the tissue which was completely black, and she had to wipe it down several times before it was reasonably clean. The bed was ok. The night time porter was good, helpful and polite. One good thing was that it was very close to Montparnasse train station, which was very convenient to catch our early train, one less worry to have. But overall it was not a 3 star hotel, just a 2 star, in my opinion.

OK hotel, near fantastic creperies. When we arrived, we learned that there are 2 hotel Renoir properties on the same street (owned by the same company) and they had changed which one we would be staying in. This was confusing at first, but we finally found the correct one. When we got to our room we realized that none of the outlets in our room worked to charge our phones (management had to come to flip the breaker) and then the air conditioner in our room was dripping so much that we had to put a trash can underneath it (there was a lot of water in the can by the morning.) This did not seem like a new problem since someone had put a towel on the floor before we arrived to catch the drips, and the baseboard had water damage. Management was nice but they had no other rooms for us to change to the first night. The water dripping was loud all night. The next day they changed our room back to the other hotel property they own on that street. The rest of our stay was fine, and the second room was small, but it was ok. One thing I found slightly dangerous was that the lights didn't automatically turn on in the hallways by the elevators or by the narrow stairs. So every time we left our room we were fumbling in pitch black darkness, trying to find the timed light switch so that we could see to go down the stairs. This could be very dangerous. Overall, I wasn't impressed with this hotel. On the positive side, the creperies on this street are fantastic!

The property is not located in a good part of town. There were between 10 and 20 young men 'hanging out' near the hotel every evening. The hotel explained that they were waiting for UBER EATS orders, but regardless we did not feel safe. The bathroom had mold; the air conditioning did not work.

Great location, near metro which was fairly easy to use. Restaurants everywhere you walk. The hotel itself is older, but comfortable enough. Ac was not the best but managed with open windows that gave a great breeze.

Perfectly pleasant hotel.

Perfectly good hotel with air conditioning. Great location for metro and buses. Fabulous seafood restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the lovely Luxembourg gardens.
