Upon arrival the person working at the desk was not very helpful. I had spoken to him over the phone prior to arriving regarding parking and he was rude. Once we got there to check in he was rude again. The room and are was great but customer service was unpleasant.

The food was terrible. They gave us a room in the basement and it felt claustrophobic. There was construction taking place inside. Walls are very thin. However the staff was friendly.

Very friendly staffs. They let us check in earlier which is very helpful for whom just arrived Paris and have flied more than 20 hours to reach there. They also offered us a kettle, so we can have some hot water to drink. Very nice stay and we will definitely come back to this hotel for our next trip.

The hotel was ok. I just don’t like the beds. They gave two small beds putting together to make it look like a queen size. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in those beds

The location is ideal for transit via Saint Lazare, walking and metro around the city. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before check in and borrowed an iron and board. They also helped us reserve a taxi.

Very convenient to Saint-Lazarre for multiple Metro lines, buses and long-distance trains. Busy neighborhood so felt safe even at night walking alone, but hotel was quiet (no street noise). Clean and comfortable.

Good stay for the price

Starting with the positives, the service was fantastic and the breakfast was very good. It is located very close to two metro stations and plenty of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cons were mostly out of their control, but it is worth stating. It was hard to get good sleep because our neighbors on all sides were loud throughout the night. There is no real thermostat control which led to us feeling warm all night. Finally, the wifi was unreliable. Overall, I would recommend it if you can get a good price and you’re willing to take the metro to the main landmarks.

Nice and centric stay

Hotel is very well located in a calm-safe area, a block away from supermarkets, malls and trains, plus walking distance from the Opera and Sacred Coeur. The staff is very gentil, speak many languages, and assists you 24/7. The rooms are clean and confortable, nice view even for internal rooms.
