Unfortunately, a big let down.

I booked this hotel based on the other positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. Our bathtub has a hole in, the mini bar had 1 bag of chips and a bottle of water than had been open and partially drank by someone else, the baby crib they had set up in the room was filthy and had a dirty sheet. Also the water closet was so small you had to straddle the toilet to be able to close the door. And the final straw was the air conditioning did not work. The room was so hot and humid we were unable to sleep. The front desk sent someone to look at the air conditioning but nothing was fixed and we were told a fan was not available. The staff and breakfast were, however, excellent.

There are a number of restaurants nearby. The hotel food is not expensive at all. It was hard to see whether the elevators read your room card or not due to the bright sunlight. The gym did not have any water(has towels though). Hotel WiFi issues.
