Appartement en rez de chaussée, contre une épicerie ouverte toute la nuit. Absolument pas insonorisé, ni phoniquement ni thermiquement: impossible de dormir sur le canapé à cause du bruit de la rue, et dans la chambre à cause de la chaleur. Propreté discutable, et bien plus abîmé que sur les photos,notamment dans la salle de bains. Cuisine correctement équipée. Restaurant péruvien à deux maisons de là très bien. Métro à 500 m.
