Honest review, this place has a lot of potential! It is great space with two full bathrooms in a nice area. However, there was such an AWFUL smell in the kitchen, making that entire space unusable. The smell was worst in the fridge, making it completely unusable though we did not know that until we had already bought groceries and went to put them away. I did reach out immediately however there was no remedy and we went all four nights without a usable fridge and no willingness to discount our stay. Also, it should be noted that the location to pick up the keys is the nearby grocery. The address given actually matches a few buildings so it did take a little effort to figure out exactly where to get the keys. Slightly more direction in the instructions would be 1000% helpful. Also, there IS baby cribs in two bedrooms and two highchairs in the dining area. Another review stated the same and then the host said they were only there when requested, but we did NOT request and the crib took up a lot of space in one bedroom in particular. As noted in another review there is a night club right outside the one streetside bedroom and it can be VERY loud a few nights of the week. My final issue, this is the only VRBO I have ever been required to pay a LARGE deposit upfront and it was not refunded until exactly two weeks post check out.
