Good location but no communication

The apartment was great as far as location and appearance. The check in process was tough. No communication with the manager. Everything went through a third party. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner if at all. There was no air conditioning despite my search including it. So I don’t know what happened there. They only left one key which made it hard traveling with our 2 adult kids who wanted to explore later than we did. The location was great and I have no complaints there. They could improve on communication for sure.
