A6 Suite Studio 175Blo-Paris Convention

Thank you for your request. It will be a pleasure to welcome you in 175Blo-Paris.

All our accommodations are located in a former printing house completely renovated in 2019 and fully equipped. 
The residence is located in Paris XV, 3 minutes walk from the Metro Convention line 12, and 9 minutes walk from “Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles. From here you will have access to all Paris attractions within 20 to 30 minutes by Metro.

Our ground floor “Suites Studios” (30 sqm) have a very large bay window but no balcony. They are fully equipped, with a Queen size bed and a Sofa bed (in the same room). All apartments are designed with a smart lighting system that gives you control of a general switch (on/off and scenarios) of the lights from the entrance and from the bedside.

Check-in starts at 3pm check-out at 11am. This is a self check-in automated process via QR Code access badge, so your a free to arrive anytime at your convenience past 3pm. Your private email will be required to send you the QR Code.

IMPORTANT: For your safety, street entrance and residence entrance are both 24/7 with a Digit-Code and public areas such as entrance lobby and corridors have cameras.

Excellent address in Paris!

Everything was really well thought out in this apartment. And the best sign of a well managed property is when little things go wrong (because that’s life) they were handled quickly and with courtesy. Will definitely stay here again.

Lots of positives. Overall great value. You have to maneuver 3 different types of doors to get in so challenging but safe! Walls are thin but mostly very quiet building. Subway access was terrific!

Private and gorgeous

This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious bathroom, plenty of room to sit around. Nicely decorated. I was very impressed that they had the air conditioner on and we walked into a lovely cool area. Didn’t hear any noise from other apartments or traffic. Would definitely stay here again, loved it.

Nice location and updated room

Nice location and the rooms were nice. Check in was easy. Kitchen area was helpful and enough room for the kids to join as well. We had a little issue with the key as it normally uses a QR code and WiFi but the battery was running low. They gave us a RFID as a work around until it could be replaced. We stayed at this location for a few days, went to Nice and came back they were nice enough to allow us to leave/hold our large suitcase until we returned.

Odeurs à l'arrivée! problème siphons d’évier, de lavabo et de douche? disparues après 3 jours d'utilisation. Manque instructions pour fermer bonde évier et lavabo.Tout le reste était parfait. Nota: en voyage je n'ai pas accès à mon courrier internet, je n'ai lu les messages envoyés pendant mon séjour qu'après mon retour. Merci, excellent séjour.

Joli studio très high tech.

Très propre et joliment décoré. La gestion de la température de la douche est compliquée, avec une eau brûlante ! Toutes les fonctionnalités électriques sont "high tech" et certaines automatiques. Résultat : le miroir de la sdb s'allume et s'éteint automatiquement. Pas évident la nuit lorsque l'on ne veut réveiller personne.
