This Villa is just a 5-minute walk from the lovely Pernera and TETYK beaches.
Both bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and large cupboards.
Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a comfy lounge and guest WC. The patio doors lead out to the good-sized pool.

Immediate impression was great, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The location was excellent close to restaurants and bars and the beaches were only a short walk away. Rosie met us the next day with a welcome pack and was very knowledgeable with information about the area, things to do etc. She was always on hand should we need her. The big supermarket's are a short drive, but you can get any essentials from the smaller mini marts dotted around. Would recommend a boat trip, there are many to choose from, and also a trip to famagusta and Varosha. I have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone wishing to stay in Pernera. Rosie if you are reading this you were excellent thankyou.

Perfect couple getaway

We loved villa sunrise, it was exactly what we wanted, and for us in the perfect location, having been on our honeymoon last year at Crystal springs hotel close by to the villa, we grew to love Pernera. So we knew that’s where we wanted to base ourselves and villa Emily was just great. Nicholas and Rosie are lovely too and anything you need or ask they reply very promptly. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa and Kalimera as a company. We will be back in the future.
