When we got to are room and find out our beds was very dirty the blankets are white and there was a big stain or either vomit, pee and a black thing and white and jump from the blanket!!

Met with the GM the first night we arrived. He was very friendly and informative. Pool was great and WARM. Clean. Has no closing time as long as no noise complaints. Hot tub was great. Rooms were clean. Elevators fast and dont reek...beds werent that comfortable but not the worst. Wish they had either a bigger or 2nd hot tub. Over all would stay again.

The location was good. Access to the beach. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, shops, and bars. The hotel cleanliness was a little questionable. There were stains all over the box spring cover on the beds. Overall, an average stay.

They show you a Hotel on the beach...But when you book a room you get the MOTEL across the street. The pillows were 3 different colors ( 2 white,1 Yellow and 1 brown) hair dryer busted. Guys walking past your room smoking weed trying to look in your window. The MGR wants to yell and argue from 10ft away. When I tried to explain this isnt what I booked. "Show me your email" Was all she kept repeating. When I pulled up my email, it showed the HOTEL on the beach...but in small letters on confirmation. ( hence AFTER YOU BOOKED IT) It says no beach view...not ACROSS the street. VERY DECEPTIVE...NOT HOW I WANTED TO SPEND MY B-DAY VACA. Now I see they charged my card $15. This otta be interesting to see what I am getting ripped off for...

Good Overall

Although our room was clean and quite spacious, this resort is in need of a makeover. I was pleasantly surprised that all rooms are beachfront. However, this property is lacking amenities and service. I feel there is much potential, as its location, pool area, and pristine beach are great features on which to build a first class hotel.

This hotel was very nice. Close to everything with free onsite parking. Pool was great! Premium suite had alot of space and separate bedroom with 2 queens. Great view from the balcony! Awesome that the beach was steps away! Woukd definitely recommend and stay again.
