The staff was amazing however there were a bunch of punk kids knocking on doors yelling and screaming at all hours! One tried breaking g into our room! I just wish the staff was a little more on top of it I had a 22 hour drive in the morning and got no slee

The first room had a refrigerator that leaked and got the floor wet.The staff was very helpful and move me to another room. The second room toilet over flowed. They did come and promptly cleaned it up. Staff was very helpful.

Not at all what i expected. Got in the room and the elevator made noise so we opted for the stairs for most of the trip. The shower needed some work. The shower head was rusty and the top of the tiles looked dirty. Whenever we turned on the bathroom light it would sound like a generator. Just very loud. For whatever reason someone installed our toilet seat off centered and left it that way. Really needed water 1 night and stopped at the vending machine which was empty. We enjoyed our trip but as i said this was not what i expected

Quick stay

Brandy the one servicing the breakfast area was fast, and efficient. She kept restocking and cleaning. She was also very friendly. I stayed in a handicapped room. It would be nice if the handheld shower was at a lower level to reach.

Accommodations were fine. Pool and hot tub were calling my name, the rain had other plans. The shower faucet free spun so it took a while to figure out getting it to temp. The bath stopper was broken. Bed was comfy. Pillows sucked. Having them vaccum the hallway at 8 am after getting in at 1 am also sucked. Poor continental breakfast host, she was either new and wasnt offered training, or everything is just always chaotic ... but she was looking stressed. Nothing completely out of line that i'd say dont stay here ... it was well enough for the price.
