The condo was very clean , had most all kitchen suppies to cook with. Convienent to lots of places to shop and eat.one shower had no water pressure so was unable to shower upstairs where bedrooms were. And both showers could use some hand rails, especially for handicap elderly . We did not use the BBQ grill while we were there . All in all a nice place to stay for a month.Don & Sue

We loved our stay. The only issue we had was the pool by the beach allows anyone in it and it was packed,just don’t plan on staying at that one. There is a pool within minutes from the town home that is way more peaceful. They have huge bass in the pond in the backyard, bring your fishing pole. The walk to the beach is great. The place was nice.

Weekend getaway

This property was everything we wanted in a stay near the beach. We were skeptical of the “4 min walk” to the beach… but it really was a short distance. Took us about 5 or 6, but really quick to be right there! Great location! We had no internet because the lines had been accidentally cut just before we got there, but no fault of the property owner and she was very responsive to getting someone out there to help. It’s quiet, it has really everything you need.. we grilled twice.. it’s a charcoal grill and the only thing I would say you need is a brush to clean the grill. There’s utensils.. nice coffee maker, a ninja blender (which we didn’t use) knives.. and great washer/dryer. The beds were comfy and the sheets smelled so clean. The owner was quick to response and very attentive! Will definitely go again!!

Nice little condo!

We took our son, dil and two grandchildren to the beach for Wed-Sun. This condo was about a 10 min walk to the beach. The pool at the condo was really nice. The condo was really nice for the price. Had lots of nice extras in the kitchen. Enjoyed sitting out back for “picnic breakfast .”

Location!!!

We will definitely be booking this property again! Complex - Location was phenomenal. Quick walk to the beach. Tons of pool options. Our favorite pool was directly on the beach with a full bar and restaurant. Condo was close to tennis, pickle ball, playground and multiple pools. The complex has their own beach access which was also nice as you also have a bathroom on the beach. We walked almost everywhere up and down front beach rd. Condo - perfect for the 5 of us (3 adults 2 kids age 9). It was nice to also have the dog along! Two living areas and big open kitchen. Only thing that could have been better with kitchen was more cooking supplies. We did have to go out and buy a baking sheet and oven mitts. The fridge is HUGE. The washer and dryer are HUGE. Two bath was super convenient. Upstairs rooms were very good size with that extra twin bed off one of the bedrooms. The boys really liked that area! Showers were hot and all TVs worked great for March madness games!! Can’t wait to book again!
