Fantastic place and an amazing host!!! Very clean and very quiet surroundings. We loved how close we were to the beach, shops, food and the host was very helpful with anything we needed! We will be back for sure!!!

My husband and I LOVED this location, it was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway. Nikki was very responsive and helpful on local places and we would definitely book this place again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our girls’ trip at your condo very much! The location was perfect with a short walk to a private beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. Only recommendation would be to fix the storm door on the front.

Has a great time here with our family! The condo everything we needed to stay and sleep comfortably. So close to the beach and had all the beach gear we needed! Kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. Close to all the 30a shops and restaurants. We have stayed in this complex before but would stay in Nikki’s place again she was a wonderful host and it made all the difference. Can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was perfect! Close to beach! Bike ride to shopping and 30A! Planning guide was awesome! With that planning guide, we were able to plan a date night and plan an outing for cold rainy day! Will definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the best features was the location—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline whenever we wanted.The pool in the backyard was clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. We also loved being so close to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and activities just a short drive or bike ride away.The property had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the hosts clearly take great pride in keeping the apartment in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach vacation in the area!

The host of Tide Nest is a true gem who is organized and intentional. The house’s features are all updated and very clean. The location really is steps from the beautiful emerald coast beach, which when we stayed in January, we nearly had entirely to ourselves. The area was safe and well lit and a few minutes drive from beautiful downtown Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning to stay longer in the future.

I could go on and on.The property, the location, and the host are all absolutely top shelf. A bit of a throwback in a wonderful sort way. The condominium is comfortable, stylish yet cozy, and spotless. Little things are done well, and attention to detail is evident. The beach is close, easy to access, far less crowded and hence (for me) more beautiful than those of the townships a bit further down 30A. Don’t get me wrong. Not a thing wrong with those places; I’ve watched them all grow up over the last 50 years. They’re smartly and thoughtfully done, and fun to see. Go there for coffee, to shop, to dine, or just explore; Rosemary is only a 5 minute drive away. But for me, those are the places to visit, this is the place to stay.Thanks Nikki!

A wonderful place. Great location. All amenities I needed. I totally forgot sunscreen and there were some sunscreen there. I needed to do a lot of laundry. It was easy to do. I love the details. I looked in the freezer and there was ice packs for the cooler that they provided on the back porch. And one of the great things was the property manager named. Nikki was super communicative and willing to help. When I asked her about bike rental. I'll be back. Thank you so much!
