- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

Clean place
Clean place nice view. Elevators were a nightmare and being on the 30th floor there was no walking. Fire alarm went off, stopped at 23rd floor. We didn’t even know until our door dasher called to tell us. That was scary considering we were on 30th floor.Beautiful view
