We have stayed here on vacation twice a year for about three years. Communication with the host is always excellent. They are always accommodating if we want to add extra days to our trip. We enjoy the close walk to the beach and backing straight up to park in front of the unit. There were a few minor issues we noticed this time. The downstairs toilet was making a loud whistling noise when you flush. The downstairs bathroom door was getting stuck on the floor (I’m sure the door just needed to be adjusted). The upstairs guest bathroom sink would not drain. The washing machine was also making a very loud noise while doing laundry. None of this affected the quality of our stay. Just posting so hopefully the owners will be aware if they didn’t know.

Delightful

This cozy condo had everything our family needed! From the space, layout, stocked kitchen, and perfect location, it was a delightful trip. We love being directly on the beach and this condo offers that as well as private beach access. We were close to restaurants and shopping but felt like we could hide away from the hubbub too.The communication with the owners was great, the place was clean and tidy, and we would highly recommend this condo to others.

Great family getaway!

This place is located in the best location! The beach access is the best!! Everything was great, kids loved the bunk rooms. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were a little small but overall it was a cute, comfortable place to stay! to stay!

Family Vacation

Unit was well maintained and big enough to accommodate our family of 7. Overall 4 out of 5 and would stay again. Just some points to consider, when saying own personal private beach access may want to try to enforce that. Was definitely over populated with public access and those from the splash pad three towers that neighbored the Sea Gulls. Most took up camp right in front of all the chairs and umbrellas set up for Sea Gulls guests.

Long Mother’s Day Weekend

We have celebrated Mother's Day in PCB for many years but this time we were joined by 3 family members from Arizona. It was their first to to the Gulf, and this was the PERFECT rental for our group of 7. Beautifully decorated, great lay out, and the best feature is the ability to walk off the patio and right on to the beach. Loved this place!

Thanksgiving getaway

A nice family getaway for the holiday. The house was stocked with everything we needed and stepping off the back porch on to a beautiful white sand beach just can’t be beat.

The overall stay was amazing!!! The location is perfect. Host is very responsive. It was a very quiet and relaxing experience. Cleaning crew needs to do a much better job, but overall it’s a cute place to stay. Bed was comfy!

Nice property, cleaning service needs work

This is a really nice property and the owners have spent a lot of money and used nice finishes. It is a shame the cleaning crew isn’t doing a good job. The place was pretty dirty. There was a lot of trash left all over the unit and we found some dirty laundry left by previous guests, which is pretty gross. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location, location, location! It was relatively quiet and peaceful. Property was everything the listing stated. It was clean, comfortable, just steps from the beach. The owner was kind and sweet. We will be looking at this property again for future rentals.

Wonderful!

The property was just wonderful. It was right on the beach and we spent every minute on the beach. The home was very clean and accommodated all our needs. The Bunkbed room was the perfect touch for the kids. The home is also located to everything you need within minutes. They let us know before we even started packing to bring our own beach towels and what businesses would be open on a holiday. Their communication is top notch and very punctual. We put up decorations to prevent damage but the home is nicely decorated. I would highly recommend them. We will rent again from them.

Fabulous location and accommodations

The location and proximity to the beach is fantastic (while it is next to high-rise condos, the beach directly in front of this condo unit is reserved for those staying in the condo which is awesome!). It is a cute place and the space is maximized for comfort and convenience. Communication with the owner was good and the issue we had was addressed immediately. There are sliding doors for the bedrooms, restrooms, and bunk nook. These don't provide as much privacy as a latching door but this did not negatively affect our group. We would love to stay here again!
