There is a loud garbage truck that woke us up several times in the night. No one else I asked had this experience. We were on the 9th floor. Our outside door has light showing under it and the lock is very problematic. So I would recommend getting a new insulated door more like the other units. Beautiful property.

We have been going to PCB for the last 5 years and this was by far our favorite condo. Check in was super easy and our condo was even ready by 12:30pm. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The gated parking garage is a huge plus in our books. We have 0 complaints about our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking. We will def be staying here again!

Great vacation

We just returned from our stay at the twin Palms. We had a great vacation. The location of the condo was perfect. Check-in was a breeze love the location on the beach as well. My own complaint is the description in the ad when I booked this room Said that the master bedroom had a king bed with golf view and balcony access, which it did not. The master bedroom is in the front of the condo nowhere near the balcony. Upon arrival I sent a message via VRBO to the property manager and never received a response. They need to change a description because it is very deceiving. If you are expecting a master bedroom with balcony access. Other than that, we loved everything about it. Just a little disappointed in the room location.Thank you, Brian

Nice property

Overall we had a good time. This is a great location. Can walk to lots of things within 1 mile or can drive. Easy access to the beach and the beach wasnt congested unlike a couple properties over the beach was packed with people.

Could have been better

We were given the wrong gate code to get into the parking deck. Unable to reach anyone for help. Another guest at the property gave us the code! Unable to open the condo with the code emailed to us with no directions. Attempted to contact owners, condo and VRBO. It took over an hour to get in. Not enough comfortable chairs in living room. Hall bathroom made loud noise for a several minutes every time someone flushed.

Beautiful location and property

Me my fiancé and one year old stayed here and it was amazing! The location was great, it wasn't super busy at the beach, or even at the condo which was great! The elevators were fast, we normally didn't even see people on the elevators at the same time as us! The only negative was when we got to the condo there was dishes in the dishwasher that were still kinda dirty, honestly might just be the dishwasher. The floors also need a really good clean. We have a one year old that was on the floor crawling around and her knees and feet were black by the end of the day from the floors. Other than that I would 100% stay in this condo again! We loved it!!

Pro's - amazing view and location. Comfortable furniture on the balcony. Nice bed and pillows. Key code entry is easier than keys. Con's - while making the bed we found large yellow stains on the mattress cover. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bring extras. Lots of dishwasher pods supplied, but no washing machine pods.

First time snowbirds.

Work was being done in the hallways on all 20 floors. The generator & machinery being used vibrated the building & was very loud. The VRBO manager did compensate us for some of our stay, but we had to ask for it. The condo is lovely and would stay there again.
