Excellent vacation

We loved every minute of our stay. We hnext year ave rented houses for our family for 15 years. Most of the times Many times I could not give them a good review, I could never express how wonderful everything about this condo was . It was a great location. The host was helpful and very nice. Great Beach Front Condo

Shared 4 Bed 4 Bath with 4 couples. Great location and well equipped for eating meals together. Parking is very tight, so avoid bringing a large truck/SUV unless you are willing to pay for City parking each day. Owner was helpful when we had questions about access and amenities.

Great Vacay with Siblings

Great Condo, Experience! Siblings (All in 60/70's, 2 couples, 2 singles) each had room c private bath, easy to navigate, great deck, well stocked kitchen, new appliances, very clean and the host was absolutely great to work with!! Provided lots of accurate detail, responsive with questions. Best of our VRBO experiences! Hope to come back again!

Best Balcony

We had a Wonderful Time. Was by far one of the best balconies we've had the pleasure of enjoying. Everything was a advertised regarding the condo. We did notice 1 issue. Upon notifying the owner, a maintenance man called shortly after to schedule a time to visit. We couldn't have asked for it to be handled any better. We'll definitely look for availability for our next trip to PCB.

Beautiful condo and great location

This was a beautiful and well kept condo with an amazing balcony right on the beach. The host was responsive and very professional. My only wishes for improvement would've been with the elevators that were very slow and also with the parking situation. The parking spaces directly below the condo are very tight and somewhat difficult to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle

Great condo for a family

The condo was fantastic. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware, so we had everything we needed for preparing meals. Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms all had ample towels and a few complimentary toiletries. We really appreciated being able to borrow the beach chairs and umbrella from the closet so we could spend time on the beach. The pool area was nice with all the chairs and umbrellas. Also great to have restrooms handy right by the pool. We thought the location was wonderful. Close to Walmart and some restaurants and attractions. The only negative things were it was hard to get an elevator or a luggage cart because everyone was trying to check in and out at the same time, and also the lack of parking spaces. There was one designated spot in the garage, and one pass for the overflow lot. But if we went anywhere, someone snagged our spot in the overflow lot. The elevators are difficult to get when it's check in or check out time. But these all are really minor inconveniences when compared with the overall positive experience we had. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this beautiful condo. The host was especially helpful and always quick to respond if I had a question or concern. Truly one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had, and we will definitely book again for future vacations.

Spacious!

We had a wonderful vacation! I have stayed in other condos where the place is cluttered with too much furniture in a very small space. This condo, however, was very spacious and did not lack anything we needed for the stay. The host was incredible to work with and we would definitely stay again!

Family beach trip.

Amazing condo. Never had such a large balcony. John the host is an amazing owner. Great to communicate with and answered all of our questions during the stay. Would recommend this property to friends. My wife is already looking at dates for next year!!!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Was plenty of space for 7 of us. Kitchen very well stocked. The balcony was my favorite and I sat and rocked in one of the rockers for hours! View was fabulous. Only complaint were people above who played loud music and sounded like moving furniture and drilling going on during evening and night. Did not ruin our good time though. Pool was warm but pretty crowded for this time of year. Parking was as stated. Although parking second car in lot across road, was not checked. About half the cars did not have the parking pass on dash. Weekend it was full. We would stay there again.

Incredible host and great condo

We were most impressed with the help John provided in the booking process and after. We chose this condo because of him, and then were not disappointed. Each bedroom has its own updated bath, 2 master suites gulfside, all kinds of personal touches and guest supplies. Instructions were very helpful, and we had a wonderful time!

Owner was Great!

Owner was wonderful to deal with. Condo was great! It did show so use, but the owner went above and beyond. The only bad thing we encountered was parking. It can be a nightmare. Lower level has one way in and that’s the same way out. Cars and vans are prone to dragging. Once we familiarized ourselves with the area, it got better!

Amazing deck

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing deck, and a great view of the beach. The parking spots are a little small but that’s the only complaint I have. the owner was very responsive and everything was perfectly clean. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in this is definitely a top Tier spot. Stop looking and book it now.

Oceanview to die for.

Beautiful condo, amazing huge deck. Only problem was the parking. One site under condo, the rest off property & we had 3 cars for our party. We stayed at the beach mostly. Def recommend & will return.

Nice 4 bedroom 4 bath .worked great for our group. Nice and clean. The balcony is the best part , great view and very large with alot of comfortable seating. We will be staying here again.
