The house looks just like the pictures and the beach access is right across the street. We did get frustrated with commutation (couldn’t get them answer the phone) but they would text back. We paid for early check in and the code didn’t work so we had to wait for them to respond with a different code. We had a few mishaps and broken items (ice maker was broke, pool light was broke, empty gas tanks for grill, broken pool toys and floats crowding outdoor shower). They resolved our issues but we eventually felt like we were bothering them and just let stuff go. Overall we liked the house and had a good time.

We had a great experience with this beach house. We stayed at this home for our family vacation. We have a family of 5 kids (3 of which are 3 years old and under). The house was perfect for our family. My parents stayed with us as well so even with 9 people in the home we always felt we had more than enough space for all of us. The home was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect and though you’re not right on the beach, the brief walk to the beach was not inconvenient at all! We fully plan to stay here again in the future!

The house was great for our two families. We had 4 adults and 8 kids. The pool was fantastic and walking across the street to the beach was amazing. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. We highly recommend.

The stay was great. The house was as pictured. Had everything we could have needed. The host/vbro was very prompt to our needs. Best location, very spacious. We had 8 people with plenty of room to spare. Would stay again. Plenty of parking, up to 4. The pool was nice and had ample amount of seating. All the dishes you needed to prepare a meal, some commonly used ingredients as well. Games, beach chairs and toys, connect 4 game by the pool. Can’t say enough about this place.

On our multiple vacations to PCB, we have always stayed in a condo, but since our family has grown, we decided a house would be best. It was GREAT to have ample parking for our vehicles (3 but could probably fit 4) in the driveway, no searching for carts and making multiple trips to unload, no waiting in line for elevators, etc.. Just drive up to the front door and unload. The house is wonderful! We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages of 2-17 and had plenty of room. Kitchen is stocked beyond compare. Gas grill outside by the pool. We all, especially the kids, thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We had one day of torrential rain, and the pool water turned green. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that it took a couple of days after the rain before we could get back in the water and the kids were sad! We had a few red flag days so they weren’t able to get in the ocean, so the pool was their go-to. The host was very responsive and did the best he could to help, which we appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing!!

Perfect home for our family beach getaway. It was so easy to communicate with our host and the response time was within minutes. It is walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, Walmart and souvenir shops are within mins. Will definitely be staying here again.

A Beautiful Spacious House - The Better Choice !

This home is lovely and felt like walking into a new house with all new appliances. No clutter. Spacious open floor plan living/kitchen area for family gathering with great lighting as well as lots of windows for natural light. Bedrooms are very roomy with large closets and a TV in every room, nice baths as well. We absolutely loved the house. The back yard patio had a shower which was so convenient to rinse off after a day at the beach before a dip in the pool. The location is awesome, away from the busy high rise hotels down the road, but close enough to shopping and restaurants to get everywhere on our golf cart. This made it so nice to watch the Ironman Race which was the reason for our Florida vacation in November. And a very short walk to the beach. The property managers were available if we needed and kept in touch by text messages, but actually everything was perfect so we never had to call. The only thing I suggest is more lights outside near the pool for evening swims. I much prefer a house to a high rise condo or hotel - you walk out your door and you are right there - no waiting on an elevator, no hauling groceries or pool toys or luggage up and down and no parking issues. And the cost is the same or even less. I would stay here again any time. Definitely A+
