Located in the Sunbird Beach Resort, this hotel-style condo features incredible ocean views from the open-concept living area and spacious balcony. The coastal-chic interior offers a full kitchen with a suite of appliances and ample cookware. After beach days, unwind for movie nights in the cozy living area. A TV sets the scene for movie nights, while a sofabed provides an added sleeping option.

This oceanfront oasis is just steps from the sparkling shoreline of the Gulf Coast. Take a leisurely stroll or a quick drive to nearby shops, eateries, and attractions. Perks include central air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi. This condo is also snowbird-friendly for year-round fun.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Beautiful view right on the beach. Walking distance to Pineapple Willys. The a/c was not working in parts of the building, but our unit had 2 stand alone a/c units that did a great job keeping the space cool and dry (not at all humid). The pull out mattress on the couch was kind of uncomfortable for my daughter, but a quick Walmart visit (only 5 minutes away) to purchase a cheap foam topper offered a great night's sleep for the rest of the stay. Being on the 2nd floor, we never needed to worry about the elevator for beach visits or heading to and from nearby attractions, but they were quick and roomy when we needed them for checking in and out.

Terrible, for starters I couldn’t get in the room I had to shoulder charge the door like a police officer to get in, now didn’t do this voluntarily they told me too. I didn’t end up stay or otherwise I would’ve had to do it every time I wanted to enter the room. Couldn’t lock the sliding door because of the ac unit they had in the room which is not on the listing. I have little ones so wasn’t safe, they had another unit in the bedroom going out the window too, which you couldn’t lock.

Air conditioning was a big problem. Portable units were in the room when we got there. Was not informed of them. Was not able to lock the room secure because of the exhaust running out the windows and patio door. Regular unit sounded like a semi truck running in the bedroom and made sleeping difficult. We did not let this ruin our stay. But definitely would have looked somewhere else had we been notified of this. We made the best of our visit and other than the air conditioning problems the place was clean and friendly. Security did a good job and was visible at all times.

The property was clean. The views were great! Out only issue was with checking out. This seems to be more of a Vacasa issue however. We purchased the late checkout option which meant leaving at 2:00 pm rather than 10:00 am. House keeping showed up at 11:30 to clean. They left but when we left to walk on the beach we were unable to get back into the room. This happened last year with a different unit in Sunbird. Luckily we had already gotten our things from the room and just left early.

Overall not our best Panama Beach experience. The condo itself was just ok. The dishwasher practically pulled out of the cabinet when you opened it. Zero water pressure!!! It was like showering in a light drizzle. The public restroom at the pool was gross! The toilets should have been replaced a decade ago. Just not impressed.

Worst Stay Ever

We found a hairball on our bedroom floor, we could not lock our dead bolt from the inside so my girlfriend didn't feel safe there alone AND we booked this place because it had a balcony on the beach. Vacasa did say there was construction but the balconies were available. MY BALCONY WAS NOT AVAILABLE. How is this not communicated? The lady at the desk said we could move to another room that has a balcony available but we would need to contact Vacassa. I reached out to Ashley the property manager but neither or nor her assistant would respond to my calls. I'm so upset I spent all this money and didn't get what I paid for. VRBO should not allow Vacassa to operate on here AT ALL!

Location perfect, during the construction the balcony was closed all the time. For cleaning its was funny, everything was clean except floor. When we arrived, just put all stuff in the living room, and then sitting on the sofa.....and look the mirror, everyone has very dirty foots. The owner send me messages to check in , how was cleaning inside , i send him pictures ours foot. He say, we can fixed. I say its fine, next time check in cleanup. The weather was perfectly, pool working during the construction. Dining everything close, walking distance. Nice, recommended.

A nice getaway

The view was marvelous from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. More housekeeping attention should be given to sand removal from furniture & rugs. Recommend immediately replacing the mattress . At first glance, the bed looks firm & comfortable; however upon use, it collapsed in the middle so I had to sleep on the edge. After a shower, I slept on top of the blanket. By the time I left, I had many bites on my body. Bathroom hazard for small children. By touch, you can feel the extreme heat when hot water flows through the pipes above the faucet. The construction wasn't bothersome because while they worked, I was on the beach, as intended. I still enjoyed my stay and hope my recommendations are remedied before my next scheduled getaway.

I would have gave this a 5 star rating but my husband and I were surprised to find out when we got there was had to pay $40 parking pass/wrist band fee. Also our first day on the beach we found out chairs and umbrella is only included with some of the rooms others have to pay 20 dollars per chair daily. Other then those two surprises off the bat we had a great trip, room was clean and had a beautiful view.

Our stay was great and condo was clean and well equipped, the bed was hard , and the parking and wrist bands cost $40 which we though was a bit much, overall we enjoyed our stay.
