The location is great! The management company is great! The pool and beach are great! The property itself could use some TLC- water stained ceiling, peeling hardwood floors, scuffed walls, stained chairs/couch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but expected the property to be in better shape.

Dreamy family vacation home!

This Seacrest home was perfect for our family of four. It was a easy walk to the beach, but a tram stop was a block from the house (we did not use). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, but some delicious restaurants are just a block away….to include ice cream and coffee shops! The beds are comfy and the rooms beautifully appointed. We loved our evenings rocking on the porch swing beds ❤️

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home was as described and comfortable. The check in at 6pm was ok since we were arriving after a 12 hour drive anyway. Check out at 9am was ok too since we had to get a family member to the airport by 6am. We don't stay in VRBOs very often but we did expect at least hand soap, shampoo and conditioner to be available. When we arrived there were no bicycles and they said they had been stolen. Without bikes the only sensible means of transportation was feet since parking anywhere is next to nil. Combination on the locks was the same as the address so all anyone had to do was dial it in and take the bikes. We got new bikes the next afternoon and had them change the combinations to something else. Overall, the home was comfortable and pretty close to a lot of what was going on. Shuttle to the beach was pretty convenient but had to call for it and they closed down between noon and 1 and at 5:30PM.

Great location and very nice house

Everything was as listed. The house is plenty big, has great porches off 3 of the 4 bedrooms, a nice front porch etc. Property management was very responsive and easy to work with for a couple things we needed. Walk to beach is an easy less than 5 minute walk. Also very walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. I can definitely recommend this property.

Thanksgiving at Seacrest Sanctuary

This was our 20th year renting along 30A for the week of Thanksgiving, and our first time at Seacrest Sanctuary. It is our most favorite time to be at the beach and Seacrest Sanctuary did not disappoint. The house is in a great and convenient location, close to restaurants and shops. It has lots of bed spaces with extra blankets/pillows/fans, a well equipped kitchen, and comes with 4 bikes, and various beach chairs and accessories. It was a huge plus to be dog friendly. We went to the beach. We walked the trails and went to the parks. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner. We ate and drank in the restaurants: Beach and Brew, Seacrest Sundries, Charlie’s Donuts, LaCo, Starbucks, Gallion, Pescado, Edward’s, Summer Kitchen, The Donut Hole, Cowgirl Kitchen, La Crema, and shopped in the shops. We went to the events: the Rosemary Farmers’ Market, the Thanksgiving Day 30A 10K/5K Turkey Trot, Pupchella/unleashed pet festival, Rosemary tree lighting/open house, and breakfast with Santa. The property management team communicates frequently and effectively. Check-in and check-out is keyless and easy. Thank you Seacrest Sanctuary! We truly made the most of our time, made great memories, and will continue to make visiting 30A our Thanksgiving tradition.

Lovely rental

Seacrest Sanctuary is a lovely house with a fantastic location in the neighborhood. We loved being able to bring our 2 dogs with us and having the nature path right next and behind the house for walking them. The house has a fantastic set up with comfortable furnishings. The bed linens were very minimal but the staff at the office were very helpful in getting us additional blankets. As a guest that has stayed at several rental properties over the past 20+ yrs, my only suggestion would be to have a better equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies, ie. vacuum. Enjoy your vacation ☀️☀️☀️

An all around wonderful stay! The bikes included with the property were the ideal mode of transportation. The swings on the deck were amazing places to nap. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful decor, beautiful neighborhood, just not clean!

First: The location and neighborhood are fantastic! We were so excited to stay at this house b/c we love Seacrest, just like everyone else, but we had a few problems: The decor is beautiful at a distance. It's just the decor is old and worn. We could not use the couch or bar stools due to them being soiled. They need to be thrown out or re-upholsterd. The outdoor furniture was all soiled and dirty also. We do not think the place was ever cleaned prior to our arrival. There was hair everywhere. I mean in the master closet big balls of hair. The extra pillow in the master closet also had a very long hair just sitting on it. I thought, is this a joke, my goodness! The downstairs bathroom garbage can wasn't emptied and full of used female hygiene products. Yes, that is correct! The lovely pool table was full of hair, lent, debris, etc. it looked like it was never cleaned, EVER! The den/living room/dining room had dirt and sand on the floor. Meaning it was never swept nor mopped. There was bodily hair in the bed I was sleeping on. Thank god I always travel with my own comforter, sheets, pillow. Just in case. I've done a lot of traveling, so I know to bring all that. I have pictures of all of this b/c when I first told our super nice host she thought I was lying b/c she asked why didn't I tell them upon arrival. Well, we didnt notice all of this upon arrival and we arrived late at night. Daily we would encounter new things of uncleanliness. Then towards the end of the trip we had a long list of things that were not clean/cleaned. When we arrived they did a nice job turning the lights on and it looked pretty, but they failed to check for cleanliness. The host that kept in contact with me via text was super sweet also.

Spring Break 2021

The stay was fantastic! We originally planned to bring our dogs but that changed and the pet fee was refunded with no hassle. The property was just like the pictures and check-in was very smooth. Our only complaint is that the week went by too quickly!

Anniversary Getaway to Rosemary Beach

The property was just as shown in the VRBO listing. Great proximity to the beach and amenities. We will definitely be back!
