Andy could not have been nicer or more responsive. The house is beyond beautiful and so spacious. We had the best time and really enjoyed all of the amenities offered. Very convenient location.

Great house, just as described. Had it ready early. Directly across from the beach with an easy walk. Bedroom/bathroom setup is ideal for a large group. Will likely stay here again.

Awesome property! In a great area between Emerald Beach and Panama City so it is not that busy. I have never stayed somewhere that was so well stocked with plates/glasses/utensils/pots & pans. There were even 2 blenders! We had a small snafu with the pool, but someone was there to fix it within an hour. The only complaint is that there were not a lot of bath towels, especially in the bunk rooms! Overall, one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Very nice place I am an elderly lady who takes family on vacation every year This was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed Would love to come back here next year close to the ocean has its own pool and hot tub plenty of room not to mention there is an elevator Great Place

The home did not disappoint

We had everything we needed for a week in this beautiful home. It was spacious and very clean.We did have issues with the pool but management took care of it quickly. I would recommend updating the sectional in the main level of the house. Stained and not very comfortable. We would definitely return.

New, modern, spacious, perfect for large families

Our two-family Christmas reunion was perfect, as this house was comfortable and easily accommodated all our needs. We had 8 children, from infant through 15, and 12 adults through seniors.The elevator was nice for unloading and each room was spacious. All 9 bedrooms had its own bath with adequate room for multiple infant Pack and Plays. The two living areas were spacious enough to enable our entire group to be together for visiting or watching football on the 72” TVs.The kitchen was fully equipped with adequate dishes and utensils for a large group, and every appliance needed for food preparation on a large scale.There were two decks facing the water with sunset views. The beach was across the street, quiet and not crowded, with easy access.We requested the pool be heated which made all the difference as we had some chilly days. We also had a hot tub. There were patches of sun throughout the day, although it was mostly shaded. The host consistently responded to questions and issues within 15 minutes. We had one minor hot water issue and he had a maintenance team out within the hour.The location was walking distance of coffee, donuts, ice cream and pizza. We were 10-15 minutes of nice restaurants, shopping, and the Ferris wheel. Weather-wise, we had a couple of days in the mid 70’s. We enjoyed the beach and went swimming, although it was a chilly 62 degrees. This place deserves all five stars. I would highly recommend it.

Kiefer “50” Anniversary

Loved it, great for small children, not too much commercial or too tourisy, great! Beach was great, not crowded! (Only one concern for future guests, the step down from the outside table next to the pool, all 8 adults missed it a few times, no alcohol involved, maybe paint it a darker brown?). Thank you for a great family vacation. Look forward to using it again & referring friends!

Fabulous family trip!!

The house was AMAZING!! So spacious!! Lots of room for hanging out cooking, eating, playing games, etc. the bedrooms were very spacious and everyone has their own bathroom! Having washers and dryers on multiple levels was great! Didn’t need to pack much! Location was perfect. Short drive to all the shops, entertainment, and restaurants. Private beach right across the road was perfect. We had 16 people and room for many more! Could not have been happier. Communication was top notch. Property had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas, grill, sound system for music, and every kitchen appliance or dish you could ever need. Only bad part was leaving!!

Wonderful beach vacation!

Beach Beach Baby is an awesome property. Our family of 23 included all ages, from babies to grandparents. The house is spacious with plenty of areas to spread out, along with bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor. The central family area has seating for everyone at meals and a very well stocked kitchen, big enough for lots of cooking. The beach across the street is beautiful and not crowded. The pool and hot tub were perfect for evening gatherings. The property is close to services, groceries, fresh fish markets, restaurants, etc, but far enough away from the city central to be more relaxed. I'm very sure we'll be back.

Family Reunion/Wedding

We had a fabulous stay at beachBeachBaby. Lots of room for many families to come together for fun and spread apart when needed. Being so close to the beach and beautiful views off the porch were awesome. The elevator and large rooms made getting around with a disabled person easy. It had all the luxurious you could want for a beach vacation and the host was very attentive to all our needs and questions.

Excellent Property

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family stay. The beach is a short walk across the street. Plenty of seating within the house in the dining area, living room, and outdoor spaces. Bedrooms are very comfortable with all the linens you need. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom. Pool and hot tub were the perfect size. The temp was a little high in the pool but we were just happy it was heated for our February stay. Fully stocked kitchen was very helpful for our party of 11. Everything we needed was provided. Excellent property, highly recommend!
