Just awful.....Theunit was not clean had sticky stuff all over the counters. Broken furniture we had to use the entire frist day of being there to clean the unit. Had to strip and wash all the bedding it appear not to be washed.the furniture such as the couch/bed was so low to the ground and broken down i could not even sit on the couch for a week due to my disability it impaired me to be able to get up off the couch cause it was so low to the ground and worn. The mattress on the couch was so used you had to use the cushions from the couch just to make ut where you didn't feel the cross bars. This explains why the couch is so broken down or second hand furniture. Ther was food of some sort stuck in the garbage disposal that it would not work. No telling hiw long it was in there. I only found it due to me removing the adjustable drian plug. The master room. This is so rediculous. The mattress was ver sub-par was not comfortable was very noise sit real close to the ground and at one point myself and my wife sit at the end of the bed to place our shoes on and it tipped foward and put us in the floor. So the mattress is not even connected to the headbord.this unit was a step up from a pay and stay motel with a view. Now thats out of the way lets speak about the unit. In the bath room all of the wall trim has and abundant amout of water damage from what appers to be water damage. To floor that has been install ove tile floor id craked and broken in many places.

Nice Clean Rental

The room was very nice and clean. This would be a perfect for a family with two children. Sofa bed could be used for a couple more. Right across the street from the beach. Plenty of pools and hot tubs fun for the kids.
