Great beach front property! Having the beach chair service included was wonderful and the attendant at the beach was exceptional. Condo was as described and extremely clean. The property manager was great to work with as well. Location was so convenient and easy to navigate the area. Great place to vacation!

This condo was beautiful, clean and a great location. Views from the balcony are amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and got some much needed relaxation and family time. The owners were very helpful, easy to communicate with and was always available if we had questions. They were also kind enough to leave recommendations for eating and shopping. We would stay again if we are back in PCB. You can't go wrong when booking this condo!!

Great property and location

I’ve been to this area several times and this was the best experience I’ve had. The condo is excellent and easy to access with a tremendous view. Elevators are quick and walking out to the beach is so easy. The chairs on the first row were awesome too. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be back!

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views!

Me and my parents stayed here for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is in a perfect location and we had the best time! You get beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the very spacious balcony and there is plenty of seating to relax. The host is very kind and responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good and that we were having a nice time. We will definitely be back!

Very nice property. The beach was beautiful and not overly congested with people; just enough to make it interesting. We met a lot of nice people who vacation at this location regularly. Understandably, as we plan on returning in the future.

Great Vacation

So we stayed at this same condo last year but in a different unit! So we knew we wanted to stay here again!! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in! Everything was clean and ready for our stay!! The views from the balcony were just amazing all week long! Our first view minutes of being on the balcony, we spotted a manatee and stingrays!!! Having the beach closet with any and everything you’d need for a day at the beach was a plus too!! We hope to stay here again!!! We all enjoyed our time together here!!!

The condo is immaculate clean! They go above and beyond to make the condo feel like home. Gives access to a beach closet (located in hallway) with everything you could need for The beach with kids especially. Magnificent Property

From the minute we walked in the door, our experience in this condo was amazing! It was so clean, so peaceful, and so simple. Spectacular!

You won’t be disappointed! This 17th floor condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and is a wonderful place. We enjoyed the views of sunsets, rays, dolphins, and waves during our stay. The patio furniture is so nice and we spent so much time eating outside, playing games, and just enjoying the view. The little touches like the beautiful lamps, chandelier, and decorations were awesome. It was hard to leave!

Perfect in every way!

Priorities first: perfect beach view, spacious balcony, high quality balcony furniture, excellent condo decor, high end finishes, master shower = amazing!, short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, CLEAN, and excellent communication from the host. We loved the set of chairs and umbrella service that were included. In addition, host has a closet full of toys, chairs, floats, and goodies. Parking was easy with 3 levels of covered parking. (Fall break trip so it was not crowded). And, there are 4 elevators making access quick and easy. Pools were on the smaller side, but still nice. We have stayed at a lot of condos but this one is at the top as it checks every box. This condo is on the quieter end of PCB, but still very close to everything including pier park and restaurants. We will definitely book again when visiting PCB. Side note of a few favorites: Destiny Church, Crushed Glass Art PCB, Emerald Coast Theater Company, restaurants - Boon Docks, Back Porch, runaway island.
