This Beautiful condo is located at the Laketown Wharf, just across the street from its very own private beach access!
2031 is the perfect destination for your next getaway, with a 10-minute drive to pier park and an even shorter drive to other great attractions! This condo also includes a private balcony overlooking the lake
This resort features 4 large pools, including kiddie pools on the 4th floor, 2 hot tubs, 2 restaurants, coffee shop, taco place, and a boardwalk around the lake.
This unit allows 2 vehicles to be parked on premises during your stay. Any further vehicles needed will have to be parked at one of the many public parking areas located around Panama City Beach. These two parking passes, along with wristbands for the entire group, will be paid separate from the booking charge. This can be paid via link sent to your email after booking.

Great Stay and Fantastic Location
This was the perfect spot for our group. There were 7 of us so it was a great space that gave us all enough room for sleeping. Unfortunately the pull out couch was unavailable for our stay, so one friend had to sleep on the couch, but it was still a comfortable couch for him. Overall an excellent stay, and we would return again.
